The Lind Theatre Hire
All pricing is negotiated on a case-by-case basis dependent on the organisation. Please note that a copy of your public liability policy will be required before confirming the booking.
The Space
Our auditorium has numbered seating on either side of the centre stepped down-lit aisle: 100 fold-up theatre seats plus 2 wheelchairs at the rear of the seating.
- Our stage is wooden sprung flooring made of high-density sheeting and is 6.5m deep x 8 metres wide at the proscenium.
- Our stage workers provide plenty of light with the 4x50W LED floods, controlled by the universal light panel at the side stage.
- OP Loading dock can accommodate trucks up to 2.6m wide without lifts, ramps or stairs.
- SM Desk includes talkback, green/dressing room paging, intercom and worker light controls.
- We have 7 flys, 3 of which are permanent LX, with a loading gallery and spare weights to load appropriately.
- Our 3 curtains are front-of-house red, mid-stage black and backstage black.

- Each different zone (stage, main, auditorium, foyer) is run from a separate mix bus, with independent sound sources/levels
- We can provide smoke, haze, and fog effects, including fan boosting and ducting
- Basic hire has access to our front-of-house area, stage, wings, green room, loading dock and SM desk
